Derrin Residential have a proven track record in the delivery of residential developments to both the private market and Approved Housing Bodies.
Our business is that of acquiring land, obtaining planning consents and building the highest quality homes in places people aspire to live. Through this experience we have developed significant expertise in land choice and procurement, design, construction, sales and marketing.
At Derrin Residential, our mission is to lead the future of house building through use of new innovations and embracing new technologies available in the market whilst putting customer’s needs and expectations at the heart of everything we do.
Derrin Civils
As a specialist civil engineering contractor, Derrin Civils boasts of a highly experienced management team who have a proven track record in the delivery of critical infrastructure on both a national and international stage over the last thirty five years.
The current senior management team were once the principals of Ireland’s largest civil engineering contractor Roadbridge. We continue to offer a quality driven approach that always ensures project delivery ahead of time and within budget. We have the expertise and resources to deliver the most challenging projects to the highest standards using our established management systems.
We listen to our clients, understand their needs, and always aim to exceed them. When it comes to cost we take an open, up-front pragmatic approach using strategies such as buildability & value management to drive out waste and boost efficiencies.
Central to our success, however, is that we work in partnership with key clients and stakeholders in developing a team culture. We build lasting relationships in order to achieve mutual goals.
